Janzen Builders have done two renovations for me. One was very large and complicated, that involved the rebuilding of two outside walls from the footings to the roof and included inside finishes, electrical and windows. The second was a renovation to a bathroom on the second floor that included electrical, plumbing, new walls and ceiling and a new shower.

Their prices are fair and reasonable. The workmen were respectful, friendly and skilled. During the construction process there was open and timely discussion regarding the progress of the work and clarification of any special requirements. At the end of the job everything was left clean and neat, and the completed work was excellent.
