In October 2016, we contacted Cory Janzen to take a look at a bay window sill in our living room that was rotting.  Cory came over the same day as I called to review the window issues.  He went over the details of what had to be done to correct the problem and provided us with a quote within 3 days.  The quote outlined the cost of repairs for a worst case scenario.  After receiving our go ahead Cory’s repair team began work about a week later.  All of the construction workers for Janzen Builders were caring, considerate, respectful and on time – we especially liked the carpenter.  The workers kept me updated on what had to be done to correct the issues throughout the project.  The work was completed within 4 days – once the repairs were started there was never any delays or interruptions. 

Thankfully the cost of the repairs were less than half of what I was quoted.  The bill listed all of the material and the hours of labor for each worker.  I found Cory Janzen to be a truly professional contractor – he was honest, always returned my texts and phone calls, and made sure the work was done correctly.  If I ever need a contractor again, I will be calling Cory Janzen.  I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone in South East Alberta.
